Join Twisted Thistle and Dana Aronson from Wild Kin Botanicals for the spring equinox! We welcome you to join this workshop filled with herbal information about how to best nourish yourself through the spring months. Coming out of the stillness of winter, what does this expansive time mean? How do we best support ourselves so we don't get burned out quickly? We will be discussing herbs, body systems and organs in relation to this season, as well as local seasonal foods to incorporate in day to day life. We will also be discussing rituals around spring time to start implementing and setting in place. The last part of the class we will be making our own spring time tea blends to take home to start forming your own personal relationships to plants.
Dana is a community Clinical Herbalist with a focus on Western Herbalism and plants in the Pacific Northwest. Her practice is founded on offering support to empower others to take back their health, and be able to assist in the healing process. She strives to have a collaborative interaction where healing can express itself in all facets, and have people walk away eager to explore botanical medicine and integrate it into daily practices. This passion is not only the plants, but also to reconnect people back to earth. She believes in these plants, and she wants to share them with you. When Dana is not in practice, she is crafting for her herbal product line, Wild Kin Botanicals.
